Shopify app · Early access
Ship Shopify orders from your Amazon FBA inventory.
ShipVia sends the orders you choose to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, matches your Shopify and Amazon SKUs, keeps sellable stock in sync, and posts tracking back to Shopify.
In development. Early access starts with US orders shipped from US FBA inventory.
How an order moves
From checkout to doorstep, without packing a box.
-
Order placed
A customer checks out in your Shopify store. Your routing rules decide whether Amazon ships the order.
-
Checked and matched
ShipVia matches each item to an Amazon SKU, converts pack sizes, and confirms Amazon has enough fulfillable units.
-
Amazon ships
Amazon picks and packs from your FBA inventory and delivers to your customer, in an unbranded box if you ask for one.
-
Tracking posted
The tracking number goes back to the Shopify order, and your customer gets the usual shipping confirmation.
What ShipVia handles
The parts that usually go wrong.
SKU matching
Match Shopify variants to Amazon SKUs in bulk. Pack sizes and uncertain matches go to a review list instead of being sent to Amazon.
Stock sync
Shopify shows only the units Amazon can ship right now. Reserved, inbound and unfulfillable units are left out.
Routing rules
Send orders to Amazon by product, destination or tag, or pick them by hand. Everything else stays with your usual fulfillment.
Failed orders
When Amazon rejects an order, ShipVia says why in plain words, such as too few units or an address it can’t deliver to, and lets you retry or ship it yourself.
Delivery options
Map each Shopify shipping rate to an Amazon shipping speed, request unbranded packaging, and block Amazon Logistics where your account supports it.
Walmart
Ship orders from Walmart Fulfillment Services inventory through Walmart Multichannel Solutions. Planned

What do I need to use ShipVia?
A Shopify store and an Amazon seller account with inventory in Fulfillment by Amazon. Early access covers the US marketplace.
Who pays for fulfillment?
Amazon charges Multi-Channel Fulfillment fees directly to your seller account. ShipVia’s own plan is separate and billed through Shopify once paid plans launch.
Can I choose which orders Amazon ships?
Yes. Route orders by product, destination or tag, or send them one at a time. Orders you don’t route stay with your usual fulfillment.
What happens if Amazon can’t fulfill an order?
ShipVia shows the reason and leaves the order unfulfilled in Shopify, so you can fix the problem and retry, or ship it yourself.
How do I disconnect ShipVia?
Uninstall the app in Shopify and remove its authorization in your Amazon seller account. Your data is deleted within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
Is ShipVia made by Amazon, Walmart or Shopify?
No. ShipVia is an independent app that connects to those services through their official APIs.
